You are responsible for the item from the time it’s received until it’s returned. Damage (e.g. cracked pots, snapped branches) or neglect (e.g. under- or over-watering, browning tips) will incur additional charges to restore the item to its original condition. This may include repair costs and loss-of-hire fees if the item becomes unavailable for other bookings.
