How are bookings confirmed?
A booking is confirmed once a written quote is accepted and payment received. Availability isn't held before that.
When should we enquire?

By scope, not by item. The quote reflects the items, scale, duration, handling, and delivery the project requires.

Across NSW. Interstate and after-hours logistics can be arranged.

What's the difference between delivery and on-set dressing?
What's the difference between delivery and on-set dressing?
Delivery is drop-off at the closest accessible point on site, typically within 10 metres of legal vehicle parking. Anything beyond that — stairs, longer carries, positioning within a space — is a separate service.
Can we pick up and return items ourselves?
Can we pick up and return items ourselves?
Dry hire is by prior arrangement, approved case by case. Not all items are eligible, and approval takes into account the items, the project, and the hirer. Pickup and return is from our Botany warehouse, 10am to 3pm. An appropriate vehicle is required, and we reserve the right to withhold release if the vehicle or arrangements on the day aren't suitable.
Will someone help us load and unload?
Will someone help us load and unload?
Dry hire is priced on the basis that the hirer provides the vehicle, the labour, and any equipment needed for loading. Where our team is asked to help on the day, the time is charged at our standard rates.
Changes and cancellations
Can items in our quote be substituted?
Can items in our quote be substituted?

What if we need to change a booking?
What if we need to change a booking?
Changes to scope or dates can be accommodated where availability allows, and need to be confirmed in writing. Reducing the order after confirmation may attract a partial cancellation fee. Full detail in our Terms.
What if we need to cancel?

Cancellation fees scale with how close to the hire date notice is given, and are calculated on the full quoted hire including the full hire period — not on the days items were intended to be used. The schedule is in our Terms.
