We work with productions, agencies, and event teams across two main paths: full Greens Department engagements, and hire from our collection. Most projects involve some combination of the two.

Send through what you have — a script, mood board, floor plan, location photos, or a short description. We can work from any of these.
Quote and scope
Quote and scope
Once we understand the project, we provide a written scope and quote covering design, supply, install, on-set days, and bump-out.
Build and shoot
Build and shoot
We deliver, install, and maintain across shoot days. A Greens crew member can be on set for continuity and adjustments as needed.
Bump-out
Bump-out
We remove, reinstate, and return the site to its original condition.

For productions and events that need to source greenery, vessels, or props directly.

We confirm availability, clarify any remaining details, and send a written quote covering items, hire period, delivery, and any additional services. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote — items are only held once you confirm.

Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed in writing on receipt of the deposit noted on the quote. This is typically 50%, with the balance due 14 days before the hire begins. Bookings made within 14 days are payable in full upfront.
Delivery and return
Delivery and return
Items arrive at your location, or — by prior arrangement — are collected from our Mascot warehouse. We deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm; outside hours can be arranged at additional cost.
At the end of the hire period, items are returned or collected. Returned stock is checked over before going back into the collection — any damage, loss, or items not returned is charged in line with our Terms.

The greenhouses and workshop are open by appointment. If you're working to a brief, we can bring pieces across from the nursery ahead of your visit.
